Here is the short version.
We are all experts in the technology field. We work full time for large companies and do this on the side.
We come to you! No more hauling your computer around!
We service Sheboygan and Manitowoc Counties, Oshkosh, Appleton, Neenah/Menasha and Kiel/New Holstein areas as well!
We charge $50/hour for home service, $75/hr for business service. We also offer online help at $60/hr.
We charge a $15 trip fee for areas outside a 15-minute driving radius from the cities of Sheboygan, Manitowoc, Oshkosh, or Appleton.
We can fix almost anything! However, if we feel the cost of repairs will exceed the value of the computer we will tell you rather than asking you to put money “down the hole”.
How can we do all this and charge so little?
We have real jobs. This is a sideline. Someday it might become full-time, but not this year.
We are experienced experts. We can usually diagnose a problem within minutes of looking at a computer. We don’t waste your time. In fact, if a repair looks like it will take longer than 2 hours, we will suggest that we take the computer home with us. In that way, we only charge you for the time we actually spend at the keyboard€.
We have no overhead. No storefront, no inventory, nada. If your computer needs parts, we will discuss the best source of those parts with you. If you need a new computer, we know all the sources!
Why do we do this? Because we are geeks. We love technology and love making it work for you!
